Very nice trip, well organized. The crew was very helpful with the transfers from boat to the long boat and to the shore. The lagoon was beautiful and the trip to the mountain top was a challenged accomplished. Good fun!

Fantastic day out whole family really enjoyed it, very well organised staff were great. It’s good value for money. We were lucky and had a beautiful day to enjoy the scenery, it’s a beautiful place to visit and I’m glad we made the trip Following reading the reviews I was concerned the boat would be too busy and crowded. I’d say it was about 2/3rd full so there was plenty seats and room to move around. We were lucky to get bean bags to sit on so we were really comfortable. We had 2 teenagers with us who enjoyed the kayak and snorkel part of the trip, I did the nature trek up to the view point. I was so glad I wore decent trainers as advised and wore a ca and had water with me as it was hot and I’d say relatively hard going as it’s quite steep with big uneven steps, the hand rails helped though and the view at the top was definitely worth it. Guides were helpful too. My hubby just took a book and hired a deck chair at the stops and just chilled. The food was tasty and enjoyable if you like Thai food which we did. Plenty water available too. There was nothing fancy about the trip which reflects on the price. I’d recommend it.

A total of 12 hours from pick up until drop off. Eight of those twelve hours were spent being hoarded around. Approx 1 hour lunch. 1.5 hour on one small and overcrowded beach. 1.5 hour on another even smaller overcrowded beach. The lastning impression is that a day was wasted. However, great crew, lunch and great scenery during the hike.

The tour was well organised, the food was good, and the islands were incredible. There was enough time allowed in each of the locations to enjoy them, didn't feel too rushed. The islands were very busy, but this wouldn't change no matter what your you got. Good price

Big Boat lower deck where we sat was very loud including piercing sound that made it hard to nap on the 1.5+ hour commute (x2). They needed to have more food stations for lunch as the line took over 30 mins (standing thirsty and sweating after a huge hike), winding around and around on one deck for one station. Otherwise, the excursions were good (as in, choice for all), well organized and the staff were very hard working and encouraging on the hike (warning: strenuous hike. Almost gave up multiple times). Thank you

The transportation picked us up from the hotel on time and took us to the harbor. The weather was cloudy, and it started raining heavily almost immediately during the outbound journey. Because of the weather, we couldn’t really see the scenery on the way there. Onboard the boat, a light breakfast was served, which was a very pleasant touch. Fortunately, the weather cleared up when we arrived at the first island, and from then on, the sun shone beautifully. The islands themselves were lovely, with nice beaches and even monkeys roaming around. One thing we wish we had packed was mosquito repellent. On the last island, while climbing to the viewpoint through the tropical forest, there were quite a few mosquitoes. Overall, despite the rainy start, the trip turned out to be a sunny and enjoyable experience with beautiful nature and wildlife.

Let me say this right away: No, I don't expect to be completely alone everywhere, but I wonder if it wouldn't be better to raise the price and allow fewer people to participate in the tours. We were there in September 2025, but don't be fooled by the term “low season.” It is important to know that the Ang Thong National park is not accessible without a tour, and this tour was the worst of our entire trip in Thailand! This is probably almost entirely because we had expected something completely different when we heard that we would be visiting a national park. It is not a larger, expansive area, but a national park consisting of countless small islands, only a few of which are accessible. We were picked up very early at 7:15 a.m. at our hotel, and a minibus already full of other tourists drove us to Nathon Pier on Koh Samui. There, we were to board a large boat that would take us to the national park. The boat was quite old and had three decks with seats and tables. We were taken to the first island, where there was a viewpoint and kayak tours that had to be booked in advance. The large boat was too big to dock at the islands, so longtail boats were used, which meant we had to move from the large boat to the longtail boats constantly. This is where the chaos began. There were simply too many people, not all of whom wanted to go kayaking, but we still had to get into the longtail boat, were taken to the island, and had to wait there for everyone who wanted to go kayaking. They advertise various activities, but you have to decide what you want to do on each island, as there isn't enough time to do all the activities on one island without rushing. So you have the choice between hiking, swimming/sunbathing, or kayaking at your leisure. We are not quite that athletic, and it would have taken us a good hour (or more) to climb to the viewpoint and then another 15-20 minutes to descend. We did not have that much time on all the islands. If you don't want to go kayaking and also realize that you don't have the strength or the right shoes for the uneven stairs, boredom sets in. It was also way too hot that day to walk the 500 meters to the viewpoint, so we had to wait in the shade again until we could continue. There were restrooms and also some bars and even a restaurant on the largest island, but the tour operator did not use it for lunch. Instead, lunch was served on the large boat, which was chaotic as there were far too many people and not enough space to move around comfortably with the tray. BTW: I would not recommend eating at the bar on the smaller island, because cleanliness and hygiene was poor, toilets are very close to the seating area, and the smell was like sewage. Anyway, on the large boat they gave us some snacks (bananas, coffee and muffins) before lunch. Lunch consisted of rice, some watermelon, vegetables, and chicken, which was served like in a soup kitchen and was lukewarm, which detracted us from enjoyment due to hygiene concerns. The longtail boat rides gave us a good impression of how refugees in the Mediterranean must feel in such an overcrowded sardine can. Also, the life jackets smelled very bad. We spent most of our time traveling back and forth between the islands, moving between the big boat and longtail boats. It was absolute mass processing, as other boats were also dropped off on the islands in addition to our already overcrowded boat. Swimming was therefore not a relaxing option on the rather tiny beaches. Each island offered the same program: climbing to the viewpoint and kayaking. On one island, you could hike to a cave, but that wasn't really well communicated. As far as I could tell, the staff were friendly and helped those who were less mobile to transfer to the longtail boats. We didn't take the return transfer to the hotel because, after almost 10 hours, we'd had enough and wanted to at least enjoy the sunset at the pier without 50 people around us. The nature is breathtakingly beautiful, but the mass processing of tourists made this tour a wasted vacation day for us. These customers don't want a ranger to explain the islands and nature to them, they just want to feed Instagram. If you don't like that, stay away. We wish we had.

Scenic beauty is godo. Good tour but overall quality of the boat, its amenities could have been. The lunch on boat was extremely basic. Its written all drinks and snacks included but also very basic. I have taken similar tours in Phuket at similar cost but the standard is so much better.

It starts with a morning snack (muffins, bananas and drinks) and takes you everywhere from hiking to swimming. Lunch was better than the other tours. Perhaps because it was the day after the heavy rain, unfortunately the swimming was zero in terms of clarity and fish. Also, speedboats may be a better option for people with motion sickness, as they have more than an hour and a half on board.
