Fun day out in the islands. Wish we had more time at each destination. Tour guides / entertainment crew were full of energy.

The day was fine until we got in the mini van to go home to our hotel. The boat crew then accused my partner of stealing a snorkelling mask from the trip. They demand money and acted very aggressively. Everyone had to wait in the van for about 40 minutes as I explained no mask was stolen and no money was being paid. Totally ruined everyone's day

The seas were rough on the day we went. It was difficult getting on and off the boat. That part of trip should have been cancelled.

We had a great time, with Big and his team getting us through the day safely with good information at all time, and they were also very nice and entertaining. Pick up and drop off with AC van, enough cold bottled water and sodas all day, god information at every stop, they even had motion sickness pills if anyone was in need, and the lunch was okay. The best part of the trip was the view on top of the hike. Just remember hikeing shoes, because there were some steep parts. We brought our hikeing shoes and did not regret that we had to be dragging them around for the rest of the day. The staff also took pictures throughout the day and they shared them with us for free afterwards. This trip was our best spent time at Koh Samui!

We booked this excursion the day before so didn’t fully understand what was involved. Although I expected a speedboat to Ang Thong, I didn’t realise it would be a cramped boat with 50 people and most of would not be able to see out of the very high windows. It felt like you were in the back of a lorry. The first stop was for snorkelling. It was a disappointing experience, lots of boats and people, not many fish. Then on to Ang Thong, you had the choice of kayaking or hiking up to the view points, in 1 hour. We hiked, the views were spectacular. However it was so busy, we queued for a long time, people were getting angry and we turned back before making the top. Then onto another island for a blue lagoon viewpoint, this was quieter and achievable. The last stop was a scruffy island for lunch. The lunch was nice enough for mass catering and we saw lots of Hornbills. The journey back to Samui was about an hour, the driver put his foot down and it was a very bumpy ride! The guys that ma

This day I regularly heard the song Living in Paradise in my head. This tour takes you to the breathtaking nature on Ang Thong. The islands and the viewpoints in particular were unsurpassed. While snorkeling it was (too) busy, but we were able to see beautiful fish. The speedboats were top notch and the care from the crew very good. Continuous water/cola, support for landing via wobbly pontoons. Pictures were taken and the crew was just very friendly. To enjoy the tour to the maximum requires a reasonable condition and good walking. The hike (500 meters up uneven stairs) is particularly strenuous. There are, however, possibilities to stop on between plateaus. For us one of the most beautiful tours we have done in Thailand. Ps. I dreaded the larger group size (about 30 participants) in advance, this concern was unjustified. So for us not necessarily to choose the much more expensive small group / VIP variant. A tour we recommend to everyone!

As other reviewers described, everything is well organized and timed well. The crew was SUPER attentive and kind. Shout out to Big who was very sweet to everyone but also constantly keeping an eye on things. The one thing I will note is that if you take the tour during high season you will be one of MANY tour boats and visitors. It is very crowded at all sites. This is not a reflection on the tour company but just a reality depending on when you travel. Despite that, I would highly recommend. It’s a great day. You will need to be reasonably fit to take full advantage, but the crew was great at accommodating those with limitations.

Unfortunately, we did not find this trip pleasant. The boat ride was extremely rough and fast, definitely unsuitable for people with back problems or anyone seeking a relaxing or luxurious island experience. There were around 50 people on board, and the toilet facilities were bad with no paper. Absolutely no sunbathing time on the islands and the snorkeling was in a bay with no fish and 200 people in the water searching to find one. The hiking is a 500m ascent with approximately 750 people trying to get to a little platform on the top. It was ok until the first 200 tried to get back down. Drink options were very limited, so if you are thinking to get a nice glass of wine or beer, think again as there were only cola and water available. This trip seems better suited for those looking for an adventurous experience focused on speed, a rough sea experience, a broken back and activities like snorkeling, hiking, and kayaking. The crew themselves were good and did their job well; however, the overall experience left us feeling relieved once we reached land safely.

There are a couple of hikes, but mostly just stairs. So bring something other than a pair of flip flops. Good views of the marine park from above. Snorkeling was ok, but nothing standing out comparing to other pars in SE Asia.

Beautiful place! Experience to do absolutely! You have to be patient for the high steps, but slowly you get to the top where there is a breathtaking view!
