Don't just see the landmarks; understand the legacy. This all-encompassing experience provides a chronological journey through one of history’s most significant days and the resilience that followed. Led by a local guide with personal ties to the events, you will explore the hallowed grounds of the Memorial, gain skip-the-line access to the 9/11 Museum, and end your journey 102 stories up at the One World Observatory.
The Experience Highlights:
The Guided Walk: Visit St. Paul’s Chapel, the FDNY Memorial Wall, and the Survivor Tree. Your guide provides the human context that plaques alone cannot convey.
Priority Museum Entry: Avoid the massive public lines. Once inside, you have the flexibility to explore the 9/11 Museum’s poignant exhibits at your own pace (or upgrade to a VIP guided museum tour).
The Ascent: Conclude with a 47-second elevator ride that shows the evolution of NYC’s skyline before stepping out into the highest panoramic views in the Western Hemisphere.

Tour operates rain or shine. A large portion of this tour is outdoors, so please dress appropriately and be prepared for the weather. The tour may be rescheduled in the event of poor conditions; in the rare case of downpours or unreasonable weather, the tour will be canceled and you will be offered a refund. However, the One World Observatory and 9/11 Museum tickets cannot be rescheduled since they are date/time specific
We offer two upgrades for the 9/11 Museum. You can either tour the exhibits with a guide or get a skip-the-line ticket to visit on your own. If you choose the ticket option, be sure to arrive during your timed entry window as the museum reserves the right to deny admission if you miss this. With both options, you can stay as long as you like after entering. There’s a security checkpoint, and all large bags must be checked.
Freedom Tower policy: Tickets are only available for a specific date and time and cannot be used at any other time. The date will be the same date as the selected tour date. Typically, the entry time for the 10:30am tour is 2pm; the 1pm tour typically has an entry time of 4:30pm. The actual entry time may vary based on availability. In the case of no availability, you will be notified by the local tour operator to select another date, another tour, or a refund
Also note, in case you are approached by street sellers, they are not affiliated with us.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

'I know a guy'. His name was Jimmy and he knew his stuff. A, knowledgable and at times personal telling of the 9/11 tragedy. Jimmy is proud New Yorker wirh all the trimmings, and he showed us everything and took us everywhere. The reason you take tours like this, is because you just don't get this incite by wandering around yourself. Thank you Jimmy, for guiding us around one of the most painful days in U.S history. After Jimmy' tour we went into the 9/11 museum bypassing the queues, and looked around the respectful tribute and telling of that day' events. This tour should be a must on any New York trip. Thank you

We did the VIP experience with the guided tour of ground zero. And the tour at the museum. And the visit to One World Observatory. Jim Quinn. - our guide was good. Gave a good perspective from a local person in New York on 9/11. Our guide at the museum- I can’t remember her name was fabulous. Very knowledgeable. Moved at the right pace with the group. The museum overall was good. A moving place. And such a memorial to those killed that day. However, there were too many people in the museum to see everything. Particularly in the separate areas with the displays of that day and before and after 9/11. We went from a Covid period where we restricted access to a few people and have gone the complete opposite way back to allowing too many people into museums at a time. Not sure why we can’t find a happy medium in this day and age. Also- if the rule is - no sitting on the floor in the museum when the benches are full- is not allowed you need to 1. Post a sign and 2. Perhaps add more benches. A rude security guard scolded my boyfriend for sitting on the floor - out of the way by a post- while he was waiting for the rest of the family to vacate the bathrooms. Perhaps you need to reevaluate the sitting spaces in the museum of the floor is not an option. Overall the museum was good. But things could have gone better on the visit. One World Observatory was fabulous!! The views were amazing. Elevator ride cool. Would definitely recommend folks visit here when they come to New York!’

My wife and I recently went to NYC for our honeymoon and did the 9/11 All Access Tour (Tour/Museum/Observatory). Tim Douglas was our guide for the 90 minute guided tour and did an incredible job. From start to finish, Tim Douglas was both personable and professional, which created an atmosphere that was both welcoming and respectful of the gravity of the site. It was more than just a tour for my wife and I, it was such a meaningful and memorable experience. Tim’s ability to help us understand the significance of what we were seeing while also giving us space to reflect on each sight made the tour that much more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Tim Douglas as your tour guide!!

Tour guide Tim Douglas did a very nice job. He was timely, knowledgeable, friendly and also very respectful of the 9/11 site given the circumstances. My wife and I also were moved by his own personal experience on that day that he shared with us. Thank you.

My wife and I joined Marc for this guided tour of the memorial and surrounding area. Marc was friendly and welcoming and conducted his tour with tact, empathy and insight. We learned so much and came away with a clear understanding of how important the museum and memorial are both as a site of remembrance and a place of education for now and the future. Would like to thank Marc and recommend this guided tour to anyone planning a visit to the area.

My husband and I are visiting NY from Florida for our first wedding anniversary; 911 history is very important to us, so we did the 9/11 Tour, Museum, then we also had tickets to the observatory. Arun was very educated, patient, and very helpful during our tour, providing an abundance of information that we simply didn’t know. The tour was amazing; I don’t even know where to begin - My heart is full knowing that the birthdays of those whose lives were taken by 9/11 receive a white rose stuck into their name where the twin towers once stood; What a beautiful way to continue to remember those souls.
