What To Expect
Ali'i Drive
This Ali'i Drive tour is at your pace, and is fully customizable! We'll take your group to the multiple beaches, activity locations, and shopping centers of Ali'i Drive. We can even take part of your group to the beach and others shopping while coordinating to make sure everyone gets back together.
Kahalu'u Beach Park
Visit Kahalu'u Beach for some snorkeling or a surf lesson. Or maybe just sit back and people watch and whenever you're ready we'll move on to the next Ali'i Drive location of your choice. Snorkels and surf lessons not included.

5.00Our family had a great day with Derick touring Kona. We had about exactly 5 hours between flights, so he was very accommodating and tailored our tour for the things we wanted to see, do, eat. Highly recommend. Great van for touring- very comfortable.

5.00Great trip to the Big Island. Derrick took us to several sightseeing areas off the typical bus route. We were able to see sea turtles up close and feeding on algae. We also went to the big island bee zoo. Highly recommended trip out of Kona versus a crowded bus with a set itinerary.

We stopped at a delicious local bakery per his recommendation and we had a wonderful tour of the black sand beach. Derick worked with us to accommodate our requests. If you’re looking for a private tour of the Big Island I highly recommend this tour.

5.00We had a small group of friends who wanted to go on what we call a Beerventure - an adventure sampling beer at three craft breweries on the Big Island. Derick was an excellent driver and guide, taking us to Big Island Brewhaus, Kona Brewing Company, and Ola Brewing. The van was comfortable and we had peace of mind knowing that we could relax and leave the driving to an experienced professional. Mahalo Derick, for making this excursion very enjoyable and fun for everyone!

He picked us up right at the port in a comfortable luxury van and drove us to beautiful and interesting destinations. There were 8 in our party and we all agreed that Derick provided a memorable excursion that was awesome and beyond our expectations! 5.00We had the best day in Kona, because Derick was the best driver. He allowed us to do anything we wanted but certainly had a few hidden gems we got to explore as well. Visited beach, painted church. Bee farm, coffee farm, local farmers market, lava tube Suggested taco truck that truly was the best at the end!! Drop off and pick up was right in front of the pier. The van is true luxury, new and clean with excellent A/C. Highly recommend private as you can do what you want and as long as you wish.
