This was the second time we have visited the Memorial and museum, and we decided to take the guided tour which was excellent. The tour was an hour, and the guide gave us nuggets of information. The Museum has grown since our last visit and I’m sure it will continue to. It’s a very special place.

The booking thru Trip Advisor was very easy and had the great flexibility to reserve and pay later. The visit to the Memorial was very emotional and very informative yet quite harrowing at the same time. Amazing to see now how NYC has rebuilt the area and have this amazing memorial.

This is a must do if in New York. Very strange sad feeling here but so glad we visited the museum and memorial. Beautiful tribute to all those lost.

Sad to say but really enjoyed the memorial, it brought back into focus my recollections of the day. You could spend endless hours going round. I was there early morning and gave 4 stars due to how busy it was and felt like it was seriously overcrowded.

The experience was pretty amazing but also emotional. We signed up for the 1 hour tour in addition to the museum ticket, and it was very well worth it. That tour helped give a story telling voice to the exhibits. I would recommend that you spend about 2.5 hours here if you have the time so you don’t rush through all that there is to be seen.

It’s not as expressive as I thought . It appeared to be more about artist and what they did with the remains.

This museum and memorial is exquisitely curated to respectfully commemorate the events on September 11th. It is a highly immersive experience and a highly emotional experience. I would recommend that everyone visit and respectfully experience this place.

I have been several times over the years and this one, by far, has been the best. There were so many more volunteers to help and explain in detail the different aspects of the museum.
