Thankful to have gone. Moving experience. Easy with Viator. No waiting in line for tickets. Do the headphone tour. Makes a huge difference.

It took us 3 hours to tour at a slow pace. The flow of the events was well planned and the crowd were respectful of the space to allow each observer time to read and view the exhibits. The same emotions I felt at the Holocaust Museum, I felt here. Such saddness stillness and reverence at the same time. The designers of this museum took great care to display all the artifacts, and depict historical documentation of this tragedy. I was encouraged to see young teens and adults taking this all in. This can never be forgotten. To realize this evil still exists can be overwhelming, but there will always be hope in Christ.

Masterfully put together to remind us of both the tragic and heroic impact of that fateful day. We spent two hours and could have spent double that, easily.

Beautiful and touching, almost beyond words. It was clear we were on sacred grounds - hushed voices, slow steps, and people seated on the benches sodas out, deep in thought. It'll take me days to process it. I was grateful to find the name of a childhood friend on the fountain surround, in gratitude for his sacrifice.

This memorial is INCREDIBLE! The exhibits are emotional, impacting, and tragic all at the same time. The museum is huge and it's well worth a trip if visiting New York. Children need to learn about the tragedy that occurred on Sept 11th, 2001. Staff are friendly and the exhibits and films are top notch.
