  SO AWESOME DANIEL IS THE GOAT!!! so much fun and absolutely beautiful experience. so much fun we all got on a blue lilly bad and had the time of our lives. we cruised and swam at the sand bar. best experience!

  Daniel was awesome. Definitely choose him for your captain. I bet the others are great too but he was great. My friends and I had an amazing time. 2 hours felt too short

  We loved the whole experience the captain went out of the way to make sure we’re comfortable . Took us to racoon island and sand bar . She was very informative

  First off, the captain was 20 minutes late to the meeting point. Once he arrived, he was kind of smug about being late and offered insignificant reason as to why. The captain (guide) was not engaging with my family and I; he was very disengaged and distracted by his phone. His head was buried in his phone the entire time. He didn't point out any historical sites, landmarks, or attractions. There was no mentioned of the rich history and culture of Miami, very disappointing. The Yacht ride itself was great. I'm sure if we had an informative and knowledgeable guide, that would've made for a more memorable experience. Even if we had the best tour guide experience, it still wouldn't justify the $800 price tag. $600 to book and an additional $200 cash on the day of (captain and fuel fee.) If you decide to book this tour, please DO NOT choose CASTILLO as your tour guide. you will be highly disappointed. Viator/Dolphin Water Sport needs to do a better job in educating their staff on proper customer service etiquette

  DO NOT BOOK! Pictures provided are false advertisement. The boat that arrived was from the 1980s it smelled like mildew and was very dirty. It was very old and ran down. When I tried to call the vendor they refused to answer the phone. The captain even acknowledged that the pictures did not match the boat. Vendor finally text back hours later and said they would issue a full refund, but have yet to do it. It’s been four days now and they are refusing to still answer the phone or reply to text. No refund has been, issued buyer beware! This is a SCAM! They are overpriced also. They take your money and won’t reply. Now I have to do a fraud claim.
